I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

For domestic orders, please expect a shipping timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks.
International shipping durations may vary based on the size of your package or freight, and destination. 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order, available once your product is shipped. If you need assistance tracking your order after receiving your tracking number, visit our order tracking page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “cancel”.
